The City of Pflugerville Alarm Permit helps the Police Department know how to contact a resident or commercial business owner in case of an alarm at a residence or business. City ordinance requires all residential and commercial properties with security systems obtain an alarm permit. The permit form includes contact information for two authorized people for the police to notify if needed for an alarm.

Permits are needed for banking institutions and businesses and residential homes. A fee of $25 is charged after the third false alarm call in a calendar year. Permits can be obtained at the Pflugerville Justice Center or on the city website. Please renew and/or register your alarm system. When you register, you will be prompted to sign up to be notified when your permit is due for renewal.
